Episode 68 with Paul F Tompkins

Paul F. Tompkins drops by and explores many a tangent. Jimmy loves riding Segways and Stef shares some interesting information about PT Cruisers. Oh, and lots more...

This week on Comedy and Everything Else:

  • Special guest, Paul F. Tompkins!
  • A huge episode. Nearly three hours of fun!
  • We talk about that nerve bundle
  • Word of the week: Cunnilingual
  • Stef wants to have dinner with William Shatner
  • To Segway or not to Segway, that is the question
  • Jimmy has a gripe with Starbucks, but this one's in a box
  • SIR gets PFT up in arms!
  • Psychedelics and Halloweens do not mix
  • We talk about porn!
  • Paul F Tompkins' new CD release Freak Wharf.
  • Comedy and Everything Else is brought to you every week without notes!
  • At one hour and 45 minutes into the show, Paul encourages you to donate to the show, even if it's just a dollar an episode. It really will help out a lot.

Paul will also be hosting the Paul F Tompkins show at Largo at The Coronet December 19th with proceeds to benefit Habitat For Humanity.

The pointing photo was taken

The pointing photo was taken at 10:54PM. Considering there was at least (I think) an hour more of show after that, they definitely put a lot of time and work into the episode, like all of them. I can't imagine sitting in one place, talking for three hours, and only taking one break.

This is one of my favorite

This is one of my favorite episodes of all...ever...time!! Woo

Speaking of The Moth, isn't

Speaking of The Moth, isn't it odd that they need both a host and a "host introducer" for a 12 minute podcast? They could easily eliminate one of those positions without sacrificing the show's essence.

I thoroughly enjoyed this longer episode.

Holy smokes, this was one of

Holy smokes, this was one of the funniest episodes ever. The rapport and groove between you all nurtured a great organic comedy experience and some fun conversation. Thanks so much for making me laugh and smile much more than usual today

Amazing Episode I was super

Amazing Episode

I was super bummed after the special announcement episode.  But PFT made it all better, especially around the 1 hour 39 minute mark. I was wondering if anyone would bring up the elephant in the room or the Thin Pig who isn't.

PFT is the best and Freak Wharf just came out today

Would like to hear more of

Would like to hear more of Jimmy's "heartwarming stories" about his family.  The one about he and his brother sitting in the bathroom refusing to even look at each other was great.

Paul Francis Tompkins and the cast of pod couldn't create an unfunny show if you tried. Thanks for another great show!
