Anyone who finds this one is more than free to use it, and I hope it works for them. As long as people are getting the show, the venue doesn't matter, and any extra things we can get up here will just be sneak-peeks for when the whole site moves over to this platform. If you like one or the other more, stick to that, but eventually all things will go over to something like this.

Hey guys I have been hearing
Hey guys I have been hearing that a public option is unconstitutional under article 1 section 8. Now I never went to college never mind law school so when I read that section I was a little confused it reads "Section 8. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; Then gives a list congress can do. Does this mean that this is all congress can do or is it just a list of do's and don'ts. If it is all that congress can do then how are things like the FBI, FDA, NASA, or the FCC legal? I would appreciate anybody insight into this.
