First off I'd like to say

First off I'd like to say this is easily my favorite comedy podcast on the internets. You manage to make the show funny and entertaining while still including plenty of information on the comedy industry that is very useful to aspiring comedians like myself. Listening to your show is the best part of my week aside from thursday evening when i do open mics. This being said this is the second week in a row i have been unable to download your show when its posted do to a 404 error. It makes me very sad when my favorite podcast gets released and i am unable to download it. Other than this technical glitch you guys are really doing a great job. Keep up the good work.

PS: Don't let anyone tell you your podcast is to long. Make it as long as you want and I'll still enjoy every second.

Can I be your medical correspondent? I am not even done listening yet, but ... I love you guys. And burned liverless fatties, too.

I understand that you want to eat free range chicken, but if you ever want something even less guilt-inducing that is incredibly delicious, you should try Quorn "chicken" products, specifically the cutlets. They taste like real chicken and they soak up anything that you marinate them in (I usually use vegetable broth).. and it really is fantastic. They sell all of their products at Whole Foods, but I can buy some at the Safeway here, so maybe you'd have luck there too. All Tofurky products are really fantastic too. Buy a tofurky roast for Thanksgiving, they're great.

Sorry to go on and on, but I've been a vegetarian for 8 years, so I can give you the lowdown on all of that stuff.. Sausage=good, hot dogs=bad, bacon=good, ground beef=bad, portobella burgers=good, other burgers=not so good. Anyway.. yeah..

Come to Sacramento. I live in Stockton, but why in the hell would you come here? I would just live a happier life if I got to see Jimmy and Todd perform together. I'll try to talk less than this if I ever meet you guys.

Because you asked, I'm a fan of this show. Have been for the past few months and I live in NYC. Even used your podcast to start a quick conversation with Gary Gulman when he did a spot w/Marc Maron in Greenwich Village @ the Cornelia Street Cafe. Hope to see you guys around my way :)

Heavy on the politics, this show is getting very heavy on the poltics. Odd, because while I agree with their points, I don't find it entertaining. I know they are not trying to be entertaining, and they aren't getting paid, but when Jimmy, Todd, and Stef focus, like the podcast done live at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, or when Jimmy Pardo was on (Pardo is a master at making a funny podcast while moving the subject along when it gets tiresome) there is nobody better. I write in because I care about the show, and see how good it can be, but if it's just Dore ranting, and Todd trying to keep up while throwing out a thousand prefaces and qualifying every point and ending up arguing with himself, then they're not living up to their potential. Because these 2 guys on stage are 2 of the best comedians you will ever see in your lifetime.

    Todd and Jimmy,

Though you had second thoughts on requesting cities to tour in, please PLEASE come to St. Louis. I know idiots blow smoke in your face at the Funny Bone, but there has got to be a place in town where you can do a show that would be to your liking.

    Thanks!

First time commenter, long time listener. Love the show. You might want to look into Eventful.com to help you decide where you might get an audience. It's a place where fans can "demand" you in their area. Then you can just look at the statistics and pick a few places where enough people say they want to see you. Plug it on your podcast and I'm sure you'll get people to go there and demand you. I'd love to see you (in the DC area).

When I was little, there is a hotel chain called the "Marriott" around my area. I thought it was a hotel for Chinese people because the name sounded Chinese people. Later, I found out I was wrong and prematurely racist lol.

@joel: This podcast should be a minimum 5 hours long. I'd be happy then.

@Todd Thigpen: I like the rants. It shows how angry these issues make them and how important they are.

I just found your show and LOVE it. Don't change a thing. I listen at work and I'm pretty sure my co-workers think I'm going insane since several times a day I start laughing to myself uncontrollably.

I wanted to start listening to the podcast from the very beginning, but I haven't been able to get Episodes #1-11 to download in iTunes or play here on the website. I've tried several times.

    Hi guys,

Can I just say it feels like I'm one of your friends listening to your show? I stumbled into it at the iTunes store at episode 50 and I've been hooked ever since.

I just wanted to pay a compliment to Todd on his performance at Kimmel. It was my first intro to you b/c I missed the whole reality TV show stuff "Last Comic Standing." The line about turning tricks behind the dumpster at 7-11 had me on the ground in stitches laughing. Your bit about driving over the diaper in the K-mart parking lot: Classic! Love your stuff, Todd.

In regards to the political rants and stuff you guys go on, I also enjoy listening. I really hope you comment on the rumors about a Palin divorce.

I can relate to Todd about not always feeling so confident about what to say when it comes to political debate. It pays to have smart friends. Jimmy and Stephanie keep up with all that stuff and know how to break it down. Once all the mumbo-jumbo is in layman's terms, you grasp the essence of the debate and then tear into it.

If some know-it-all right-winger wanted to debate you, or someone tried to upstage you, Todd, you know damn well how to handle yourself. I'll never forget the YouTube clip of you, Todd, when that rude ass lady basically told you to F off at some comedy gig and then you just tore her a new one when you took the microphone.

Anyhow, you guys are what I look forward to each and every week. Thank you so much for making every show fun to listen to.

    Anyhow, I love your stuff.

This is just like Todd's bit on the M Bar videos about the song playing at various moments in your life.. and, even more, Katt Williams is the guy who doesn't get that the joke is over.

Every time I hear someone at a town hall yell out, "I want my country back!" I'm convinced that what they really want to say is, "I'm mad my country's black!"

This is my favorite podcast and a big part of it is the politics. I love the combination of silliness and talking about stuff that matters, and I certainly hope that never changes.

You guys mentioned Food Inc this episode. For what it's worth, I don't think it's as much of a bummer as you think. If you're already eating organic and free range food you're pretty much there. There's also a ton of great information about people and companies that are trying to do the right thing.

I LOVE the podcast. Don't listen to anybody and don't change a thing.

I would love it if you guys came to Spokane, Washington or Coeur d'Alene, Idaho (Coeur d'Alene is a nice place...nice vacation spot). I know it's a long shot, but that would be awesome.

I love the podcast, and I'd definitely bring a few friends if you did a show in Minneapolis MN.

I know you guys won't post this since you only post the message's of people who say good things about your podcast. I keep trying to give you guys a chance, but this podcast is so bad! It sucks too since i really like Todd's stand up. You guys will never get your own show. Stop being so envious of the really funny comics too.

God damn I love this podcast! I get to wear my headphones at my miserable job and it keeps me sane. I worked as a PA on a pilot Todd Glass was starring in and he was cool as hell to me while most actors shit on PA's. Hope you guys keep this up.

Brian Krasinski, First of

Brian Krasinski,
First of all, they don't refuse to post anything negative that someone says. If you would look at some past episodes' comments, you'll see that. The fact is, all these positive comments are real and I think that the majority of listeners enjoy the podcast and appreciate that they're having the conversations that like-minded people like us don't often hear in the media.

You're obviously not like the majority of this shows listeners and, honestly, I think you just don't "get it".

You can keep your negative comments to yourself. Just stop listening if you don't like the podcast. They're not going to change the format of their show for you, they're not going to change their personalities or points of view for you, and they're certainly not going to feel insecure about how funny they are because you are not a fan.
This forum and this podcast are happy places for me where I can see evidence that other people feel as I do about issues which are so important in our society, but which most people choose to ignore or confront in a closed-minded, ignorant, hateful, stupid way.

Do us all a favor and just stay away from the show; don't listen; don't comment anymore. You will not be missed.
